Speed matters. So does knowing what is confirmed, what changed and where the information came from.
Review before publication

Sources
Stories should prioritize primary documents, official data, direct statements and reputable reporting. When a story materially relies on outside reporting, the article should identify the source or provide a reference when practical.
Breaking news
The Breaking label is reserved for significant developments that are actively unfolding. Early reports can change, so breaking stories should separate confirmed facts from claims and be updated as reliable information arrives.
Politics and elections
Political coverage should describe documented positions, actions, records and policy effects without instructing readers how to vote. Contested interpretations should be attributed to their sources.
Corrections and updates
Substantive changes should update the modified time. Material factual errors should be corrected promptly and, when useful to readers, accompanied by a correction note explaining what changed.
Opinion
News and opinion should not be blended. If Notivanta publishes commentary in the future, it should be clearly labeled so readers can distinguish analysis or opinion from straight reporting.
