The National Weather Service office in El Paso said an upper-level storm system is bringing a risk of heavy rainfall and flash flooding Tuesday, September 22, and Wednesday, September 23.
Its September 22 briefing said a Flood Watch covers almost the entire forecast region from midday Tuesday through Wednesday evening, with the heaviest rainfall expected near the Rio Grande.
